Arcana Wellness Village
forma Edition 01
Longevity Journey

You don't just train here.
You learn how to live.

FORMA is built around six longevity pillars, tested and coached by people who live this daily.

January 3–9, 2027
Arcana Wellness Village
Koh Phangan, Thailand
Twelve Guests Only
The Vision

FORMA turns what science already knows about living longer into something real, practiced, measured, and carried forward.

One week is the beginning, not the whole journey. FORMA is a community, not a calendar event. The people you train with in Koh Phangan are the same people you'll see again. FORMA is built for people who move regularly, not for competitive athletes. If you train two or three times a week, you're ready.

Throughout the year, we bring the community back together in Switzerland with smaller gatherings, so the habits built on the island don't stay on the island.

And everything is measured. Every guest completes a check up at the beginning, another at the end, and follow ups in the future, helping us build a clearer picture of what truly moves the needle on longevity.

Data driven, from day one

FORMA isn't just a week away. It's a longitudinal, data driven approach to living longer, built with the people doing it alongside you.

The Island & The Venue

Koh Phangan & Arcana Wellness Village

Koh Phangan is a place to slow down, reset, and reconnect with how you want to live. It's less about the island itself and more about what happens when a group commits to the same days, side by side. Arcana Wellness Village sits inland, away from the noise.

The property is built for exactly this kind of week, with a spa, ice bath, pool, gym, sauna, restaurant, and daily in hotel activities, all a short walk from your room.

Longevity Testing

What gets measured, gets improved.

Every guest is tested at the start of the week, tested again before leaving, and checked in with 90 days later. A real before and after, not just a feeling.

HRV

Heart Rate

Resting and active heart rate, tracked across the week.

Grip Strength

André

André

Founder & Coach

André moves fluidly between two worlds: the structured, evidence driven side of pharma and digital health, and the raw, physical world of sport. As a Senior Service Designer, he brings a human centered lens to health systems, and as a former professional football player and coach, he knows firsthand what it takes to push a body and a team to perform.

Today that duality shows up in how he coaches: leading outdoor HIIT classes in Zürich, staying sharp across tennis, mountain biking, skiing, ski touring, and diving, and bringing the same discipline that built his career into every session he runs.

Credentials
  • Executive Master in Digital Healthcare
  • Senior Service Designer (Pharma)
  • HIIT Coach @ Templeshape Studio

With a background in business, nutrition and nutrition coaching, and experience working in the longevity industry, she explores health testing, wearables, recovery methods, and evidence based practices.

Her focus is on bridging the gap between longevity science and real life, making complex health concepts practical, approachable, and easier to integrate into everyday life.

Tati

Tati

Nervous System & Breathwork Coach

As both an entrepreneur and a nervous system expert, Tatjana's approach is shaped by two rhythms she navigates daily: the fast, high stakes pace of corporate and startup life, and the slower, embodied practices of breathwork and regulation. She doesn't leave one world for the other, she's learned to stay in both without burning out, by listening to her body and using the right tools. That lived balance is what allows her to build a practice that truly meets people where they are.

  • 400hrs Trauma Informed Breathwork Facilitation & Nervous System Regulation
  • 300hrs Yoga (Yin focus)
